Constant Revolution Velocity  (Phase Matching)

 In order to ensure the constant revolution velocity at output shaft in two-joint application, locate input and output joint yoke symmetrically in the same straight line.
Especially the special attention should be taken when it is installed or exchanged during a maintenance and inspection work.



The mutual revolution speed differences among drive shaft Ⅰ, intermediate shaft Ⅱ and driven shaft Ⅲ are shown here in both the right installation and the wrong one.
In the right installation, the angular velocity of drive shaft Ⅰ is the same as that of driven shaft Ⅲ. But in the wrong installation, the angular velocity of drive shaft Ⅰ is not the same as that of driven shaft Ⅲ.
